Half-Baked: Alignment

In yoga, alignment:
  • is sustainable for the body
  • let's energy flow freely
  • supports you / contains you while you explore

In course activities, alignment:
  • brings you back to what is important
  • reminds you of where you are
  • reminds you of where you are going
