Far too often, work creeps into my weekends. Weekends should be for unwinding, recharging, and more fun. Boundaries and safeguards against the craziness of the week.
But what about when thoughts about needing to get stuff done for work are clouding up my fun?
What if I put a limit on the work creep? Like say giving myself 30 minutes or 1 hour to focus on it. Maybe making a to-do list for when I get to the office?
